Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every order placed on shopleone.com by a consumer. By confirming an order, you accept these terms in full. We may update them at any time; the version in force is the one published on the day your order is placed.

Our products — teas, infusions and matcha — are described as accurately as possible on the site. Photographs are illustrative and may show slight variations from the product delivered. Availability is indicated on each product page and may change without notice.

Prices are shown in euros, including French VAT where applicable, and exclude shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in force when confirmed.

An order is final once you have confirmed payment. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment dispute, or stock issue.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Under French and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your order. Unopened products may be returned within this period for a full refund of the items (return shipping at your charge). For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.

Our products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for any allergic reaction or sensitivity — please read each product's ingredient list before purchase, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical treatment.

All content on shopleone.com — text, images, logos, packaging — is the property of Léoné and protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. You may also refer the dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
