Shipping & Returns

1. Where we ship

We ship across France, throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, and to selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us at info@shopleone.com and we will do our best to arrange a quote.

2. Processing times

Orders are prepared by hand in our French atelier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

3. Delivery times

  • France: 2 to 4 business days.
  • European Union: 3 to 6 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the day of shipping and may vary during sales periods, holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We offer complimentary shipping within France on orders over €60 and within the EU on orders over €90. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update. If your order appears stuck or has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the order or issue a full refund once the carrier investigation is complete.

7. Returns — 14-day policy

You may return any unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For health and hygiene reasons, opened teas, infusions and matcha cannot be returned or refunded.

Items must be returned:

  • In their original, unopened packaging.
  • In a condition fit for resale.
  • With a copy of your order confirmation or order number.

8. How to start a return

Write to info@shopleone.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

10. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — as quickly as possible.

11. Order changes & cancellations

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at info@shopleone.com. If your order has not yet been packed, we will adjust or cancel it. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return policy applies.
